Guarantee

Items are guaranteed to be free from usable defect.  Slight variation from product to product is to be expected due to the nature of our process.  Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Care

We recommend utilizing our products for at least a year of normal use before giving them any kind of care.  After that, we recommend using a neutral color, cream-based polish on our products to protect them and to keep them looking sharp.
